All encryption and decryption is performed locally on your device using the Web Crypto API (AES-256 with PBKDF2 key derivation). Your message and password never leave your browser and are never sent to our servers or any third party.

No Password Recovery

Because we never store your password or message, there is no way for us — or anyone else — to recover a forgotten password or decrypt a message on your behalf. Please keep your password safe.

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand overall traffic (such as page views), but this data is anonymized and is never linked to the content you encrypt or decrypt.
