What We Can Help With

We're happy to hear from you about any of the following: bugs or unexpected behavior when you encrypt or decrypt a message, questions about how the AES-256 encryption works, feedback on the tool's design or usability, and suggestions for new features (such as file encryption or additional sharing options).

What We Can't Help With

Because we don't store your messages or passwords, we can't recover a lost password or decrypt a message on your behalf. If you've forgotten the password used to encrypt a message, unfortunately there's no way for us — or anyone — to retrieve it. Learn more about this in our Privacy Policy

This is a small, independently run tool, so please allow a few days for a response. We read every message, even if we can't always reply immediately.
