We wanted a straightforward way to encrypt message content using strong, industry-standard encryption — without the complexity of dedicated encryption software or the risk of sending your data to a third-party server.

How It Works

Every message you encrypt is protected usingAES-256 encryption combined with PBKDF2 key derivation — the same category of cryptography trusted by banks and secure messaging platforms. All encryption and decryption happens locally in your browser using the Web Crypto API. Your message and password are never transmitted to, or stored on, any server.
